This is the second time I have had High Tech Carpet Cleaning out to pick up my rugs, take them into their plant, care for them and return them. I am absolutely delighted with the work that was done. The rugs were brought back looking clean and bright - and smelling fresh. If I were attaching a number to my satisfaction, on a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 15.
