We always seem to have fires burning around us during fire season but 2020 really tested our faith and patience. I silently watched my beige carpets turn grey by the ash from the continuous fires. It was a depressing reminder of what so many in our community have lost this year. I broke down finally and hired Jose from High Tech Carpet Cleaning to clean our entire carpeted house. He was the most honest carpet cleaner I've ever met and wasn't trying to push a bunch of options on me like the ones I hired in the past. I have oriental rugs on cherry hardwood floors throughout about 90% of my house. I also have two greyhounds. This is the second time I have had High Tech Carpet Cleaning out to pick up my rugs, take them into their plant, care for them and return them. I am absolutely delighted with the work that was done. The rugs were brought back looking clean and bright - and smelling fresh. If I were attaching a number to my satisfaction, on a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 15. They were easy to work with, they accommodated my schedule, and left the rooms looking so much better.
