Step 2 : Extraction
We’ll spring into action and begin extracting the standing water from your carpet, floors, and crawl space areas. Our truck-mounted extraction equipment removes as much of the moisture as possible.
Step 3 : Drying
After extraction, we’ll use professional drying equipment to eliminate moisture within the drywall, floors, cabinets, baseboards, and studs.
Step 4 : Monitoring
Routine moisture inspections are done afterward to monitor the building’s humidity. Our goal is to return the building to an acceptable humidity level and ensure all building materials are below 15% moisture content.
